Site assessment (15–30 min)

A Glacier Robotics site assessment is a short fit conversation—usually 15 to 30 minutes—covering your floor types, square footage, cleaning shifts, staffing or contract pressure, and goals. We recommend a CenoBots model when automation makes sense, or tell you clearly when it does not.

No hard sell. If a robot is the wrong tool for your building, we say so and save everyone time.

What we cover

Enough detail to recommend a model—or a clear no-fit—without wasting your ops time.

  • Floor materials, congestion, thresholds, and restricted zones
  • Approximate square footage and routes that run every day or night
  • Current labor model: in-house, contractor, or hybrid
  • Noise, hours of operation, and safety requirements
  • Budget timing, financing interest, and decision-makers

Honest fit / no-fit: Glacier Robotics would rather pass on a bad placement than install a machine that sits unused. If automation is premature, we’ll say what would need to change first.

How the assessment works

  1. Book a slot — use the calendar or call (407) 342-7691.
  2. Share facility basics — photos or a floor plan help, but they’re optional for the first call.
  3. Get a recommendation — model shortlist, or a clear explanation if robots aren’t the right move yet.
  4. Choose next steps — onsite demo, formal quote, or pause with no pressure.
